The quality of the shirt is always great. However this time the customer service in the form of communication about the shirt was nonexistent. I never got an email that the shirt was out for delivery and so I thought I wouldn’t get to me in time for the event I bought it for. So I’d ensure that folks are getting emails when their shirts are on the way.
