I only chose "runs small" because I ordered it in a 2XL based off previous reviews & the sizing chart. The 2XL actually fits me pretty well, even though in reality I wear a medium/large in women's. Now I know for a fact to order the fitted Tees in 2XL each time. Love the shirt!
