I emailed customer service and uploaded my photo and within 24 hours I received a response and within 48 hours they rush delivered me a new shirt. The customer service was quick, return process easy, and I just really appreciated the rush delivery for my replacement shirt. I will certainly continue to patronize this business. They have excellent customer service and support.
